GP General Corp (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use gpgeneralcorp.com, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

What We Collect

When you submit a contact form, request a free assessment, or call us, we collect:

  • Name — so we know who to call back.
  • Phone number and email address — to schedule your assessment and send your written quote.
  • Property address — to come look at the home and prepare an accurate estimate.
  • Project details you choose to share — size, current siding, photos, etc.

We also collect basic anonymous analytics through Google Analytics (page views, time on site, device type) so we can improve the website. We do not use cross-site tracking pixels or sell behavioral data.

Why We Collect It

  • To respond to your assessment request and provide a written quote.
  • To schedule on-site visits and follow up about your project.
  • To improve the website and our service.

We will never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third-party marketers, lead-resellers, or aggregators.

How We Store and Protect It

Form submissions are emailed to paul@gpgeneralcorp.com and stored in our WordPress admin. The site is served over HTTPS. Only Paul (the owner) and the office assistant accessing his email can see your submission.

How Long We Keep It

We keep contact-form submissions and project records for as long as needed to support your project plus a reasonable period afterward for warranty follow-up and tax recordkeeping. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Cookies and Analytics

The site sets a small number of first-party cookies for normal site operation and for Google Analytics. Google Analytics runs with IP anonymization enabled. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without breaking the site.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See what information we have about you.
  • Correct or update that information.
  • Delete that information from our systems.

Email paul@gpgeneralcorp.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within 30 days.

Third-Party Services We Use

  • Google Analytics — anonymized site usage statistics.
  • Google Maps — embedded map on the contact page.
  • SiteGround — web hosting (server logs may retain IP addresses for security and uptime monitoring).

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in a banner on the homepage.
